What happens after I make my reservation?

Once you submit your reservation request, we will review and approve it within 24 hours. You’ll receive a confirmation email with payment instructions and link if approved. A deposit payment of 50% is required within 5 working days of confirmation to secure your booking. The remaining balance, along with a €1,250 security deposit, must be paid 4 weeks before your arrival. If payment is not made within the specified timeline, the booking will be cancelled.

What is your cancellation policy?

More than 1 month before your stay: Full refund of the deposit.
Between 30 and 15 days before your stay: 50% of the rental price will be charged.
Less than 15 days before your stay: 100% of the rental price will be charged.
If the holiday home is re-rented during this period, only an administrative fee of €500 will be charged. Cancellation must be communicated via email. The security deposit will always be refunded in case of cancellation.

What are the arrival and departure procedures?

Check-in is from 5 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out must be completed by 10 AM on the day of departure. You will receive an access code (no key) on the day of arrival after full payment is received. Please leave the property tidy, following the provided cleaning instructions to avoid additional charges.

General Information

We love pets, but to ensure a pleasant stay for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed.
Smoking is only permitted outside the buildings in the designated areas.
A maximum of 14 guests may stay in the holiday house.
At the end of your stay, you do not need to clean, but we kindly ask you to leave the holiday home tidy.
We love to enjoy each other’s company and have fun, but with due respect for the property, the surroundings and our neighbours.
